The campus of VGC's English Language School in Vancouver is located in a prestigious historic building in the heart of downtown. The building was originally constructed in 1887, only several months after the City of Vancouver was incorporated in April 1886. The exterior of the building remains in its original condition and style, an architectural reminder of Canada’s history as a former British colony.
However, the interior of the building features modern amenities and design, and is very well maintained. We have bright and spacious classrooms, state-of-the-art computer labs and wheelchair accessible entrances to all floors. We provide our students with high-speed wireless internet access on campus. There is a comfortable student lounge for everyone to relax and socialize in. Students can practice their English with each other while watching the HDTV, playing Blue-Ray movies or while challenging each other to interactive Wii games.
There are numerous bulletin boards posted around the campus. They provide students with valuable information such as:

VGC’s school campus is open late to benefit our students. Many students decide to stay late and study at the school, because our language and computer labs are available for students to use after class. There is even a refrigerator and microwaves in case students decide to bring a late-night snack!
Once students finish school for the day, they are within walking distance of virtually everything in downtown Vancouver… we are in the heart of the city! Our campus is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, parks, shopping, the Vancouver Public Library, and public transportation junctions. It’s the perfect springboard to discover Vancouver!
Come and see for yourself! We invite you to visit and study at our English language school campus today.
