ESL Teachers

Full-time and part-time positions are available at our downtown Vancouver campus. We offer competitive rates of pay relative to qualification as well as access to a range of professional development options for teachers.

Minimum Requirements

Completed Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum TESL Canada Level One Professional certification or equivalent. A Master’s degree in applied linguistics OR education with specialization in TESL can be considered as equivalent if the degree includes a practicum component of a minimum of 20 hours indicated on the transcript OR an observed practicum in the program which they are employed.
At least two years of relevant teaching experience.
Must exhibit cross cultural knowledge and sensitivity in their interactions with students.

Marketing Coordinator

VGC may be based in Vancouver, but our marketplace is the world. We are searching for global-minded marketing coordinators to bring their skills, experience and enthusiasm to our team here at VGC. We are looking for intelligent and personable coordinators to:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and policies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners abroad
Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion
Contribute to interactive marketing, social media marketing and Search Engine Marketing
Provide clear and professional correspondence with clients and agents
Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials
Assist in marketing initiatives identified by the Director

Major assets for applicants include:

Fluency in a foreign language
Strong communication skills
Confident and engaging personality
Experience in international marketing
Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Relevant computer skills, such as graphic design or video production
